This option includes the outdoor pool and pavilion only. This option allows for outdoor only events for up to 30 guests. This is the perfect option for individuals who would like to book the home in conjunction with holding an event. This rental includes access to the pool, jacuzzi, pavilion, outdoor projector, full surround sound audio system, and a full bath. This option is available on a hourly basis only. $250 for first two hours and $75 for each additional hour for up to 10 people. $5 per person, per hour for each person over 10. 3 hour minimum, 5 hour maximum. Please submit an inquiry with the details of your event and we will send you a quote. Deposit may be required based on the nature of the event. Discounted rates may apply if you book in conjunction with a stay.
